Password Protect Staging

Hi, I’m very new to trellis. Can anyone suggest the easiest way to password-protect my staging URL. Is there a setting for this on in my group_vars folder?

Thanks @chrisk2020, Looks like i may have to do that. Unfortunately it would mean switching it on everytime I do a deploy and DB migrate. Thanks for the advice

There’s no quick setting for this. Look up how to do it in Nginx and then refer to the Trellis docs on Nginx includes.

Just an update for new viewers, since it’s been SEVEN years:
bedrock-site-protect still works with the latest trellis.
