Hi i am not sure or i am on the right place. But i cloned an project to mine local environment.

Every thing is working fine but in the dashboard i am not seeing the plugins and theme. When i open the project in vcode every plugin and theme are in it? Does some on knows how to solve this problem?
I am kinda a newbie in this and want to learn how to solve this. This haven’t happend before, so i am not sure what info to share?
