Possible to request a vagrant box?

Hi,

Is there someone that is experienced with packing a vagrant box and upload it to vagrant box cloud?

If so, I would be so thankful for getting help with a box for PARALLELS
Ubuntu 18.04 ARM 64

If it is easy, please just link some tutorial and I will try myself.
