Reload loop with "yarn start"

When changing js file, and every time i run “yarn start” my page on localhost is reloading constantly.

I checked all previous topics and no solution works for me. Everything was working fine for 2 weeks and now it stopped.

any ideas?

Do you have something else running on localhost:3000? Maybe try fkill :3000.
