Roots-sass 7.0.0 is on a separate branch (called 7.0.0). I don’t think it’s up to 7.0.1 yet; looks like the last sync with Roots was about two weeks ago. But 7.0.0 is there.
Also for the record, it looks like Roots is moving toward language-agnosticism, so we might not have a separate Sass project sooner or later…
