Sage 9 Best Options for Slider / Carousel

I am using Sage 9 and Tailwind CSS. I have a site that I am trying to replicate, and need to do a slider where users in WP will manage slides…

Between Gutenberg, ACF, and countless slider plugins - I am trying to find the lightest but most scalable and future-forward way to insert this functionality into the homepage slider and may have to do some inner page sliders as well.

Any words of advice, links or code examples would be greatly appreciated!! TIA!!

I’ve used Slick a few times where people have insisted on having a carousel, but I’m keen to hear of other solutions too.
