Hi all,
I’m trying to get Sage9 to work with a plugin from herothemes (https://herothemes.com/plugins/heroic-wordpress-knowledge-base/)
In the plugin documentation (https://herothemes.com/support/knowledge-base/integrating-heroic-knowledge-base-with-your-theme/) it says that without including their folder the plugin should work in compatibility mode by loading the files in their plugin.
Now using sage9 the plugin does not work as it should but with Twenty Nineteen it works correctly.
Unfortunately, I cannot provide the site address as a local development environment.
Sage has no changes and it’s all default.

EDIT: the 2 headers in the screenshots were correct, but they were not part of the problem
