We are a US-based travel company looking for an experienced WordPress developer to assist our in-house team as we grow our e-commerce website. This is a mature (3+ years live), custom site built on the Roots stack (Bedrock + Trellis, no Sage). WooCommerce is the e-commerce engine and CMB2 handles custom fields.
We are looking for part-time development support (10-20hr/week, flexible) as we make modifications and build out new features over the coming months.
Considerations:
- North America-based. Our offices are in Portland, Oregon but we’re open
to fully-remote help. - Well-spoken and written English is required
- Fluent in modern front-end tech and comfortable with Git. Our site uses some
jQuery but is mostly front-end framework agnostic. - Deep familiarity with WordPress, PHP, and WooCommerce
- Experience working with the WooCommerce/WordPress APIs for platform
integrations is a plus.
