Steps Adding Bud to Sage 9

Are there instructions/steps to add bud to Sage ?. I have it building, but unsure the steps to link to the compiled assets. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Thank you. I followed his repo, stuck on how to now read the assets. Scripts, styles, and images. Everything builds and generates, but cannot read to display.
