Where does wp-admin go?

wp-admin is missing from the file layout at Folder Structure | Bedrock Docs | Roots

Where does it belong?

I ask because I have the frontend working, but the backend, wp-admin, is loading setup-config.php, which means it’s not seeing the same .env, apparently, or doesn’t know about the .env or something…and I have a WSOD, with no errors being captured in the cPanel Error Logs.

I am working on a process for turning a standard WP install to a Bedrock one…I am almost there, but in a bit of a hurry…

The wp-admin is part of WordPress Core, which is installed to app/wp by Composer.
