We’ve noticed that there are a good bit of users here that pounce on topics in this category whenever one is made, either via replying to the topic or by DM’ing the original poster.
We’ve also noticed that there are a good bit of these same users that appear to have zero knowledge with our tools. We’ve already put in place limitations from users replying to these threads if they haven’t had any activity on Roots Discourse, but we’re still seeing some awkward posts.
Trust me — there are plenty of professional developers looking for work that use our tools. If you receive spammy/generic looking replies to your job posting from users that aren’t really active on this site, please reach out to us!
