Bedrock 1.20.0 released

Bedrock 1.20.0 has been released

• The roots/wordpress package is no longer including the wp-content directory as of WordPress 6.0.
• The Twenty-Two theme is now included as a dependency
• The register theme directory mu-plugin has been removed
