Coloning Bedrock Site from live to local for development

I am new to this technology. Need help for installing and updating old site.

It is using following details

  • WordPress >= 4.7
  • [PHP]( >= 7.0 (with [php-mbstring]
  • [Composer]
  • Node.js >= 6.9.x
  • [Yarn]

it gives me error of node sass and evem unable to run as its file went 404.
