Sage 8.5.4 Compatability with Node 6.10.1

Hi there

I’m trying to debug a local network issue Described Here.

Just wanted to check if Sage 8.5.4 is compatible with Node 6.10.1 ?

There may be issues I haven’t encountered, but I have sites on the 8.5 series that work with Node v8+, so I v6 should be fine. Likely the worst thing you’ll run into is needing to update a couple of the packages you’re using.

Yeah I probably should’ve phrased the question a bit better:)

I’ve checked all my installs and all of them now fail to load on port 3000 running Node 6. I thought it might have been an issue with the browser sync version in NPM 3 but I think it’s a networking problem… Driving me insane!!
